Cooling Water Treatment

HACS COOLING WATER TREATMENT is a specialized formula designed to effectively control the formation of water scale and corrosion in closed-loop cooling water systems.

USAGE

• Protects against corrosion and water slag buildup.
• Removes water scale in cooling systems that have not been properly maintained.
• Increases the acid level and reduces high alkalinity in cooling water.
• Suitable for use in cooling systems of diesel engines, fuel systems, compressors, circulation systems, and transformers.
• Reduces iron content to less than 5 ppm.

BENEFIT

• Soluble in water, effectively preventing scale and corrosion without causing sediment buildup, and does not affect the flow in the cooling circulation system.
• Forms a protective film layer that does not interfere with the system’s circulation.
• Safe for components such as nozzles, gaskets, seals, and packing materials.

DOSAGE
Mix HACS COOLING WATER TREATMENT at a ratio of 6 liters per 1000 liters of water.

PROCEDURE

• If the iron level exceeds 5 ppm, increase the dosage.
• If the cooling water standard is met, conduct testing weekly.
